Ingredients:

  • 1 can of Nestlé MILKMAID
  • 1 liter of Nestlé a+ Nourish Milk
  • 1 cup of fresh mango puree
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp Nestlé Everyday Shahi Ghee

Directions for preparing Mango Kulfi Recipe:

Heat the Nestlé MILKMAID, Nestlé a+ Nourish Milk, and sugar in a saucepan until it boils.

Add Nestlé Everyday Shahi Ghee, fresh mango puree, and cardamom powder to the pan.

On low heat, simmer for 5–10 minutes while stirring now and again.

Take it off the stove and let it cool.

Place the mixture in popsicle or kulfi molds, and freeze for 6 to 8 hours.

Once frozen, remove from the molds and serve chilled.

Shahi Tukda

Shahi Tukda Recipe (Indian Bread Pudding) - Whiskaffair

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of Nestlé MILKMAID
  • 1 liter of Nestlé a+ Nourish Milk
  • 6 slices of bread
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp Nestlé Everyday Shahi Ghee
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (pistachios and almonds)

Directions for preparing Shahi Tukda Recipe:

Heat the Nestlé MILKMAID, Nestlé a+ Nourish Milk, and sugar in a saucepan until it starts to boil.

Add Nestlé Everyday Shahi Ghee and cardamom powder to the pan.

On low heat, simmer for 5–10 minutes while stirring now and again.

Turn off the heat and let the food cool.

Toast the bread slices in Nestlé Everyday Shahi Ghee until golden brown on both sides in a separate pan. The milk mixture should be poured over the toasty bread pieces after they have been placed on a serving platter.

Garnish with chopped nuts and serve.

  • 1 cup of vermicelli
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (pistachios, almonds, and cashews)
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 tbsp Nestlé Everyday Shahi Ghee

Directions:

In a saucepan, heat Nestlé MILKMAID, Nestlé a+ Nourish Milk, and sugar until it starts boiling.

Add the cardamom powder and Nestlé Everyday Shahi Ghee to the pan.

Simmer for 5-10 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.

In a separate pan, toast the vermicelli in Nestlé Everyday Shahi Ghee until it turns golden brown.

Add the toasted vermicelli to the milk mixture and simmer for another 5-10 minutes.

Add chopped nuts and raisins to the pan and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and let it cool.

Serve cold and enjoy!
